Generate your first Notes with Meetical AI

In the first quickstart, you created a Project Kickoff meeting page in Confluence. In this step, you use Meetical AI to capture the meeting and turn the conversation into a useful summary, decisions, and action items directly in the Confluence page you just created.

Before you start

  • You already have a meeting page created with Meetical.

  • The calendar event has a video meeting link, for example Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

  • Meetical AI is available for your site or beta access is enabled.

  • Participants know that an AI meeting assistant may join and generate notes.

1. Open the meeting page or calendar event

  1. Open the Project Kickoff event in your Meetical calendar.

  2. Click on AI Meeting Notes.

Tips for better AI notes

  • Start with a clear agenda on the Confluence page.

  • Say decisions and owners out loud during the meeting.

  • Review AI output before using it as the official meeting record.

Next step

Continue with Streamline task management with Task Reports to show the open action items from your meeting pages on a Jira dashboard.
